Southern Federal Sideboard
attributed to Virginia or North Carolina, early 19th century, mixed woods including walnut and poplar, yellow pine and poplar secondary, two board rectangular top, center small drawer above a deep center drawer flanked by three stacked graduated drawers, raised on six tapered legs, paneled sides.
41.25 x 67.25 x 22 in.
Together with a cursive written family history stating it to be from Mr. and Mrs. Martin Meew.

Top with stains, circular marks and burn gouge; left rear leg with break/repair to two later wooden support braces; later pulls with plug holes; some drawers rebuilt with later bottoms.
