Tightly coiled with blunt tapering terminals, 23mm diam, 15.2g

Major Clement Wynter Lister (1920-2010), acquired from the above.
Accompanied by the collector's hand-written note from a visit to the British Museum on the 8 May 1974, stating it was; 'almost certainly of central European origin - probably Danubian late Bronze Age 1100 - 200 B.C. The gold for ornaments from this period came from Transylvania (was Romania).'
