Wooden birdhouse 24 inches H x 11 inches W x 7 inches D by Illinois artist Aldo Piacenza (1888-1976) created sometime from 1950 to 1970. He became part of the Chicago Art scene not by design but rather being discovered by museum curators, galleries and artists such as Roger Brown. Piacenza had a solo show in the 1970s at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. Signed on the bottom
