Description
A Chinese jade carving of a plaque, dating from the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Carved on both sides with a scrolling design with dragons around a central "Chinese coin" with a hole in the middle. Smooth edges and deeply carved. Dramatic vertical streaks of dark jade come through.
