DESCRIPTION: Antique Chinese export filigree reticulated vermeil silver sculpture of a bird spreading its wings and standing atop an ebonized wood base. The birds covert feathers are composed of polychrome enameled cloisonne, the tail feathers are inset with turquoise cabochons, and further cobalt and purple enamel details done at the eyes.
