"Maine State Agricultural Society, 1905" linen backed lithograph with batten rollers at top and bottom, the top half in chromo depicting the race track at center surrounded by fairway and building panoramas, that portion copyrighted 1894 and printed by Lakeside Press in Portland, Maine. The lower half on separate sheet, is in red and blue text on white, details the attractions for that year of 1905: "The Maine State Agricultural Society's Fair, September 12, 13, 14 & 15, at Lewiston; The Arrangement of the Races Guaranteed the Best Entertainment; The Most Elaborate Display in Exhibition Hall Ever Assembled in Maine; City Hall Exhibition will Surpass All Previous Years; The Finest Vaudeville Artists in the Country; The Automobile Race and Parade." 60" x 40 1/2", back tape splitting from ends of battens. Some minor foxing and edge stains, one rubbed spot at bottom.
