"Bolshevist Russia" by Anton Karlgren, translated from the Swedish by Anna Barwell, published by Macmillan, New York, 1928, printed in Great Britain, First American Edition.
Hard boards, original maroon cloth [a little wear]; 5.3/4" x 9"; frontispiece, 311 pages on high quality heavy paper, a little soiling, very good/ fine condition.
Traveling in the Soviet Union during the mid-1920s, Karlgren conducted the study of the Bolshevist rule in Russia and creation of the Soviet socio-economic system. The book is based on his direct observations in the country, and the actual 1920s statistics.
