菩薩瓷塑，胎質細密，髮髻、寶冠、瓔珞、帔帛及蓮座皆以亮麗的琺華彩釉裝飾，華美絕倫。尊像髮梳高髻，兩縷髮辮自然垂肩，頭戴五葉花冠。面容豐腴方圓，微向上仰，額間白毫，雙目微闔，隆鼻豐唇，嘴角略帶笑意，大耳垂肩，配掛耳璫，神情平靜而優雅，彷彿沉浸在聆聽佛祖宣講佛法的快樂之中。袒露上身，下著長裙，手足處飾有釧鐲，胸前、腰間配掛連珠式華麗瓔珞，帔帛搭於雙肩彎曲而下，繞過兩手腕對稱搭於身體兩側。雙手於胸前似恭捧供養寶物狀，呈單膝跪於蓮座。蓮座為單層覆蓮，蓮瓣排列規整，畫工精細，彩釉亮麗，具有典型清代宮廷佛像藝術風格。
琺華又稱法華，創於元末，明代中期以後盛行於晉南，為具特殊裝飾效果與獨特民族風格的日用器皿。《南窯筆記》：「法藍、法翠â‹¯本朝有陶司馬駐昌南，傳此二色â‹¯用石末、銅花、牙硝為法翠，加入青料為法藍。」法藍、法翠極可能指法華的藍色和孔雀綠色。明清時期，景德鎮御窯場始燒製瓷胎琺華器，其釉色稱「琺華釉」，有琺翠、琺黃、琺藍、琺紫、琺青等多種，色調較之陶胎琺華更加精美，藝術表現力更強。康熙時期瓷胎琺華器燒製相當成功，以茄皮紫釉、孔雀綠釉為代表。本尊像以藍、紫、褐三色琺華釉裝飾，釉彩水潤亮澤，鮮妍悅目，而人物肌膚處露胎，細膩胎質恰如肌膚質感，工藝巧妙精湛，對比韻味鮮明。
供養菩薩是為佛陀宣揚佛法服務的菩薩，常在佛座下方或脅侍菩薩、佛弟子之兩旁，有站姿、坐姿、蹲姿、跪姿等，形象眾多，在供養者中處最高地位。法門寺地宮出土，法門寺博物館庋藏唐〈捧真身菩薩〉，菩薩單膝跪於蓮台上，是唐懿宗為供養佛指舍利而特別製造，其位階及造形，可為本尊像之例證。本尊供養菩薩刻劃細膩，巧用露胎裝飾，使塑造的人物形象更逼真傳神，流露出高雅秀麗氣韻，帔帛由肩部蜿蜒飄垂而下，以濃郁的寶石藍釉裝飾，更增添幾分端莊古雅之感。
