220 唐 銀鎏金雙鴻紋蓋盒

蓋盒銀質鎏金，色澤穩重，精光內蘊。捶擊呈圓形，子母口相合。通體以細密的魚子紋地，鏨刻花鳥紋飾。蓋面微隆，中心飾雙雁相向，口銜綬帶結，結上方飾折枝花，下方為盛開蓮花，花葉向兩側延伸，環繞鴻雁。側壁飾朵朵流雲，盒底飾纏枝花卉紋。整體造形規整，紋飾鏨刻精緻細膩，極為優美，充分顯示唐代工藝水準之高超。
唐代金銀器以皇家貴族的生活用具、佛門法器為多，盛唐以後，帶有濃郁的西亞藝術風格特徵，器物裝飾明顯地由簡單向複雜、繁縟的發展。銀盒是唐代金銀器皿中數量最多的器類，使用時間歷經整個唐代，不同時期，盒形也不相同。圓形無足銀盒主要流行於八世紀中葉以前，初唐時期以素面為主，盛唐時期，盒面上的動植物裝飾紋樣逐漸增多。如法門寺博物館庋藏唐〈雙鳥圓形銀粉盒〉，其造形、鏨刻手法與本件蓋盒極為相似，應皆屬盛唐時期繁縟之風格，或為唐代女性化妝用具，可資比對參考。
