Tops of barrels marked: LONDON. Elaborately scroll engraved silver-plated frames, left side of each reads: E / LG proof mark AND J. TARATT / LONDON. Checkered walnut grips. Blank silver oval escutcheon present to top of wrists. Scroll engraved triggerguards. Hinged cap compartment to each butt. Swivel ramrods. Contained in wooden fitted display case with green felt lining. Sold along with tools, bullet mold, powder flask and cap tin marked: ELEY / LONDON. Blank brass escutcheon to top of case. Condition: Very good. Overall showing honest wear and patches of pitting. Nice silver toning. Scattered scuffs present to wood. Actions function. Pitted bores.
