6.7.22----LOT –1476—as described the piece was cleaned and restored in 1956, currently the work was examined on the wall, please refer to online images for a photo of the back, as described the work is on board, the board does show several visible seams and areas of unevenness as characteristic to the wood, there are some small areas of paint loss throughout, UV examination reveals evidence of old varnish, possible in painting particularly at left figures face and along seams of panel, the frame shows some nicks and wear throughout particularly at corners
