- with the usual few small, thin and unobtrusive scuffs visible in places to the black ink, as is common
- a small, soft handling crease to the upper left sheet edge; another very short one to the upper right extreme sheet edge
- a tiny, pale yellow stain to the tip of the lower left corner
- the extreme tip of the upper left corner very softly creased
- with very minor surface dirt visible under close inspection to the tip of each upper corner

Otherwise as described and in overall very good condition.
