Description
A Chinese white jade tixie toggle dating from the 18th to 19th century. The hinged ruyi is carved with a cut out q'in stone mirror and a pair of fish.
Dimensions are: 1 3/4 inches tall X 3 inches wide X 3/8 inches deep, 4.45 cm X 7.62 cm X 0.95 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Provenance: From a private North Carolina collection.
Condition: Overall good condition with several miniscule chips to the edges.
