A rare Bow model of a cormorant, circa 1758
Modelled perched on a rocky base applied with shells and weed, two fish secured under the talons of its left foot, its wings outstretched and its neck coiled to point its crested head at the viewer, its plumage picked out shades of blue and black, 9.9cm high
