A William Cookworthy, Plymouth sauceboat, circa 1768-70
In the rococo taste, of high-footed helmet shape embossed with scrollwork cartouches, the handle with a pronounced thumbrest, painted with small sprays of Japan flowers in red, green and yellow, 14cm long
