The document resolves that Desi Arnaz is elected President and a director of the corporation and Lucille Ball is elected Vice President and a director of the corporation. It further resolved 2 additional appointees to the board of directors. Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball's signatures, date April 27/53, and number of shares (25 each) appear at the center of the 2nd page on the allotted lines.
