Born in Ukraine, Bruno Zach was a versatile figural sculptor, creating bronzes and mixed media sculptures of western, orientalist, sporting, animalier, art deco, as well erotic theme subjects and narratives inspired by the nightlife of Vienna and Berlin. Zach studied at the Vienna Academy under Hans Bitterlich and Josef Mullner.
