Condition
Bowl: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; the top rim edge is ground down flat and polished, with a slightly beveled edge, presumably, as made at the factory; there is a small burst air bubble at the top flat surface edge, in the making, not of great consequence; there are scattered very tiny (pinhead-size) internally trapped air bubbles in the body of the glass, in the making, not of any consequence (mentioned for accuracy); the interior of the bowl is nice and clean; the opalescence is strongest around the upper sides of the bowl and perhaps weakest at the uppermost area of the wall.
Underplate: appears to be in generally good, undamaged condition; the opalescence is strongest at the center and weakest at the outer area; the top surface appears to be scratch free
Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact and Doyle New York shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. Please contact the specialist department to request further information or additional images that may be available.
