Set throughout with 73 transitional-cut and single-cut diamonds, further accented with calibre-cut synthetic sapphires, estimated total diamond weight 3.50 carats, mounted in platinum, with a 14k white gold chain, pendant length 3 in.

Roy wore this cross on many occasions, including for Siegfried and Roy's televised interview on '20/20' which aired on ABC Television on September 27, 2019. Roy's Mother, Johanna Horn, is also photographed wearing it on occasion.

Very good condition overall; pendant tests for platinum, chain stamped 14k.
