This helmet and the next 3 helmets were a labor of love for an avid autograph collector. His fifth helmet was unfortunally partially damaged in his climate controlled locker unit. The 5 helmets together were quite possibly the most complete collection of NFL Hall of Fame autographs on Official Hall of Fame helmets (1996). These are in person autographs from Mike Ditka Charity events and other Chicago sports shows.
