Description
Document stating that the Trustee's of the de Pestre will, Goncer and Humphreys, were transferring to Edmund, Henri and Joseph Goncer along with Humpreys 3,000 shares of Corralitos Company stock. The Corralitos Company dates to the 1880's and owned an 800,000 acre ranch as well as a substantial mining company. The companies operated mining and ranching interests in the northern part of the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Corralitos Company also had an association with the Candelaria Mining Company. Edmund de Goncer was also a director of the Corralitos Company. 428 shares of Corralitos were transferred to Edmund as part of the 3,000 total here._x005F
