Description
Made in Germany, and meant to look like Shakespeare's "Comedy of Errors". One corner pulls off to reveal four shot glasses and hole where liquor can be poured into flask.
The other end twists off to reveal the drinking spout. 6.5" ht. x 4.5" wd.
From the estate and lifelong collection of William Garrett Hodges (1946-2014). Hodges was a Virginia-based dealer of fine arts, with specialization in prints and rare books, having collected for decades. He supplied and consulted various groups on antiquities throughout his career, including the White House, the Vice President's residence, the FBI, and multiple film and television series.
