Medallist: Felix Rasumny (Russia, 1869-1940). Obverse: Conjoined portraits of Nicholas II and Alexander I. Legend in Cyrillic "Emperor Nicholas II Emperor Alexander I." Reverse: Clio flanked by on the left a double headed eagle and on right a youth handing a olive branch and carrying a burning torch. Exergue in Cyrillic "Ministry of Foreign Affairs." Marked "Bronze" on edge. 2.6" x 0.25".
