A Chinese jade carving of a boy holding a lotus dating from the 18th or 19th century.
Dimensions are: 2 inches tall X 1 3/8 inches wide, 5.1 cm X 3.5 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There is breakage to one leg and chipping throughout.
Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago, Illinois. Her father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970. This lot is part of Mrs. Hillebrand's sixth consignment with Oakridge Auction Gallery.
