Two Japanese woodblocks by Japanese artist Tadashi Nakayama. The two prints depict horses in motion in muted tones of gold, burnt orange, black, white and red. Both are signed on the lower right corner.
Dimensions are: framed 10 1/2 inches tall X 16 1/2 inches wide, 26.67 cm X 41.91 cm; sight size is 4 1/2 inches tall X 10 1/2 inches wide, 11.43 cm X 26.67 cm. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: There is no noted damage to the woodblock prints. One of the frames is cracked in the upper half and there is staining to the matting.
Provenance: From a private Northern Virginia collection.
