Two Pairs of Japanese Foo Lions
20th century, includes a pair of satsuma decorated foo lions or shishi lions with elaborate raised gilt and white moriage, both holding on to large balls decorated in iron red, blue, and gilt, impressed seal to underside of ball, and a smaller pair of earthenware pottery foo lions or shishi lions, tan in color with mottled brown and black curly manes, eyebrows, and tails.
Largest 7 3/4 x 7 3/4 x 5 1/2 in.
