Closed tears, creases along extremities, ink faded. INSCRIBED BY GEORGE CARLIN, “Hi Paul / Where’s / the / fucking / food?” George Carlin was celebrated as the “dean of counterculture comedians.” His 1972 “Seven Dirty Words” routine was a central part of the 1978 U.S. Supreme Court case F.C.C. v. Pacifica Foundation which defined the FCC’s authority over indecent material on public airwaves. Provenance: The Bo Overlock Collection.
