William Spratling (American 1900-1967, active Taxco, Mexico), mark used 1956-1962, sterling silver and rosewood handled demitasse open sugar bowl and creamer, both appropriately marked. Provenance: From the Private Collection of Ruth West, Atlanta, Georgia. Approx. h. 2.25", w. 4.75", d. 2.75" (sugar); h. 2.25:, w. 4.5", d. 2.75" (creamer); total approx. weight inclusive of all materials of 8.79 ozt.

Condition

Creamer with repaired handle and pitting to interior, sugar with one repaired handle, surface scratches consistent with domestic use, no apparent engraving removal.
