THIS ITEM IS LOCATED OFF-SITE.

All items must be picked up by confirmed appointment in BOYNTON BEACH on SATURDAY, MAY 21st (10am-1pm) ONLY.

Off-site items are located in a gated community. Appointments will be required to pick up any items.

Any items not picked up by May 21st will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for the fee of $20-40 per item (depending on size). NO EXCEPTIONS!

Smaller items can be shipped. In-house shipping sizes and third party shippers can be foud in the Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

- ALL ITEMS ARE SHOWN "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" at the auction-house or on the property.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT LIFT/LOAD/TRANSPORT ANY ITEMS INTO VEHICLES.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT PHYSICALLY ASSIST WITH REMOVING LOTS FROM THE PROPERTY.
- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
