The Soundwagon Mini VW Bus was advertised as the world’s smallest phonograph: 4.5 inches. Made in Japan by Tampco the VW Bus drives around the record on any flat surface and plays sound through a speaker on the top of the van with a needle on the underside of the van. Uses a 9-volt battery in the back hatch and has a motor for the wheels, along with a movable steering wheel that follows the path of the needle. We review every item to determine its basic condition.
