Condition
**In overall good condition. The piece appears to be structurally sound with no movement observed at the corner joints. Moldings are securely affixed. There are some shrinkage separations.
There is scattered powderpost beetle damage. No indications that they are presently active were observed.
The polychromy exhibits rubbing and wear. The lower section of the single-panel side exhibits some degradation to the paint in its lower section. There is a chip/loss to that panel about mid-height of about 3/8" high and 2-1/2" long.
