A ROCOCO REVIVAL MARBLE TOPPED AND CARVED GILTWOOD CENTER TABLE, POSSIBLY ITALIAN, MID 19TH CENTURY, the white marble turtle back form top with molded edge, above pierced conforming sides centering a leafy floral pendant within a curling tipped cartouche over acanthus leaf carvings and flanked by foliate blooms, raised on cabriole legs topped by large shells and flower sprays above rocaille detailed hips, stopping before scrolling acanthus carved legs ending on similar feet and joined by an undulating "X" form stretcher centering a blossoming cluster over convex oval shields within thickly carved scrolls and leafy blooms.
