Includes: an original pencil sketch of French artist Maurice Utrillo (1883-1955) by William Seyler (American, 20th Century), after the "Portrait of Maurice Utrillo By His Mother Suzanne Valadon," the original produced 1928 by French artist Suzanne Valadon (1865-1938), French language title to lower left (which misidentifies the original as being produced in 1910), artist signed to lower right, with additional artist signed and hand written French and English language inscription dated 2000 to verso, and presented in a wood frame (measures 16.5" x 14.75" x .5;" work measures approximately 11" x 8"); an original ink sketch of a human figure, drawn in a whimsical modernist style with exterior lines suggesting movement, artist signed to lower right and dated 2008 (measures 15" x 12" x 1"; work measures approximately 12.25" x 10.25"); and an original ink sketch of a chair form, drawn in a whimsical abstract style, artist signed to lower left P/ALDO and dated to lower right 1998, presented in a modern chromatic frame (measures 20" x 16" x 1.25"; work measures approximately 13" x 10").

Condition: Good overall condition having mild surface wear. Frames having moderate storage wear, one with tape residue. Estate fresh to the market.
