Description
Hand-colored engraving made from a study of birds by Alexander Wilson. Engraved by J.G. Warnicke c. 1810. Gallery label verso gives artist and information. Dimensions: (Frame) H 19.25" x W 22" (Plate) H 10" x W 13" Condition: Bright colors, paper clean with flattened folding at top and left edge plate marks. Not examined out of frame. Paper with a few very faint spots of discoloration, a few scratches and nicks to frame.

All the items in this auction remain at our Annex Gallery in Bridgeport, CT for pickup or shipping. Items must be picked up or shipped in the time frame of Monday,May 16th - Friday, May 20th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS. We will offer in-house shipping to the Contiguous USA for select smaller items in this sale, please contact us prior to bidding for a quote as purchases are not contingent on shipping.
