TWO ANTIQUE CROSLEY TABLETOP RADIOS IN WOODEN CASES
USA, 1930s.
The first being Model 58, the “Buddy Boy” Repwood Cathedral, introduced in 1931; its large arching case having a carved Art Nouveau style front reminiscent of a cathedral interior. The second being Model 515, introduced in 1935; its simple block shape covered with a figured walnut veneer. Both of these five-tube AC radios made by the Crosley Radio Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Largest: 15 5/8 x 16 ¾ x 9 ¾ inches.
