Vintage Sterling 1940's Hat Brooch - this is a top had with a brim and 4 clear rhinestones raised on the hat. It is marked sterling and tested. 7.00 grams and appx. 1.5" wide at the brim and 1-1/8" tall. It is slight rounded. It is not signed by the maker.
