Description
A set of four West German and Austrian mid-century beer steins. The vessels have a ceramic body with handpainted relief and a metal lid. The first beer mug is made by DBGM, it represents Germans in traditional clothing with an inscription Im Wald Und Auf Der Haide Da Such Ich Meine Freude. The second beer stein by Wekarr has no lid and is covered with panoramas of Bavarian towns such as Nürnberg and Henkersteg. The third and fourth vessels are painted with Bavarian white and blue diamond pattern; a view of München and initials WGH on the lids. Serial numbers are embossed on the bottom of the items.
