Porcelain shoulderhead with sculpted black hair which is side-parted with soft waves and curls, painted features, shaded blue eyes, red and black eyeliner, tiny closed mouth, old cloth body with leather arms and sewn-on red leather boots, antique cotton apron over dark red cotton dress. Commentary: Rare hair style, piece broken off right side of shoulderplate; leather arms in poor condition. This doll featured on page 52 of “A Pictorial Reference Guide for German Chinas”.
