patinated cast bronze, the first a composition of a Whippet and King Charles Spaniel, the oval base cast with an open fan (6 x 9 1/4 x 4 1/2 in.); the smaller a model of a setter with paw raised in hunting pose, on an oval terrace (1 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 1 1/4 in.). Both with incised signature "P.J.Mene" to the bases.

The smaller with some scattered rubbing to the patina; both with some dust accretions to crevices; setter sculpture with crack to collar area.
