Description
A small hand sewn doll's quilt, consisting of a grouping of 22 lithographed silk tobacco premiums, most Native American chiefs, and preserved within a double sided glass frame. The quilt measures 14 3/4" x 11 1/4" and the total frame size measures 19" x 15 1/4". Very good condition. Note the 3 larger silks in the center that measure 4" x 6". Circa 1910 when the silks were distributed. Provenance: From the Doris and Jerry Soldner collection, Lake Carmel NY (formally of Kingston NY).
