Jean Elysee Puiforcat (1897-1945, French), Set of Twelve Gilt First Standard Silver Liqueur Cups, with engraved decoration and a monogram, together with an English gilt washed sterling salt spoon, Cups- H.- 1 3/8 in., W.- 1 3/8 in., D.- 2 1/4 in. Total Wt.- 14.75 Troy Oz. Provenance: Property from a Gentleman Collector, New Orleans, Louisiana. (13 Pcs.)
Condition
The monogram appears to read “AN.” Would benefit from a cleaning. Not stamped with a Minerva mark—just the mark for Puiforcat. Otherwise, nothing to report about condition. Handsome set.
