The white line in the middle of the arrow is a crease of the paper that must have occurred prior to putting between glass sheets. The front of piece has several areas of surface dirt, particularly on bottom and proper right side. There are several areas of paper foxing, particularly on proper top left quadrant. One smudge (possibly finger smudge) is visible on top of arrow point. The back is full of surface dirt on paper. It seems like the print was placed on a dirty surface and was never cleaned.
