This is a vintage flatware service for 8 from Towle Silversmiths of Newburyport, Massachusetts. Rendered in fine sterling silver, this 91 piece set is decorated in the classic Craftsman pattern first introduced in 1932. The cased set is free of monograms and includes the following:

Excluding the dinner knives with stainless steel blades, the total weight of the set is 94.83ozt

This set is in overall good condition considering age and normal use. Each exhibits surface scratches. There are dings to some of the handles. Small bends to the the tines of the some of the dinner forks. Dings to the side of one of the salad forks. Minor bends to one of the soup spoon bowls. Tiny dings to each of the tablespoon bowl edges and three of the teaspoon bowl edges. Retooling of the bowl of one spoon as noted in the description.
