This Indian figural is formed similarly to the sheriff figure, but Clint goes a bit higher. Most prominent is this detailed headdress of feathers. Also really neat feature is to achieve a multiple color w/ only alkaline glaze is he did not glaze the Native American's face and in process the glaze is the fire fusing it's embers into the base clay (an extended version of bisquing the clay). The Indian is holding an axe in one hand too. Stands 24" by 8.5". Signed & dated 2017.
