A Chinese coral red famille rose planter, dating from the Republic period. A theme of white bamboo over the deep red, with two colorful medallions featuring trees with small pink flowers green foliage. Hole drilled into the base of the planter.

Condition: good condition overall with an exterior U-shaped chip on outside of rim and into the red glaze.
