THIS ITEM IS LOCATED OFF-SITE.

All items must be picked up by confirmed appointment on Friday, May 6th  or  Saturday, May 7th.

Off-site items are located in a gated community. Appointments will be required to pick up any items.

Any items not picked up by May 7th will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made for the item(s) to be transported to the auction-house for the fee of $40 per item. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Smaller items can be shipped. In-house shipping sizes and third party shippers can be foud in the Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.

- ALL ITEMS ARE SHOWN "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" at the auction-house or on the property.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT LIFT/LOAD/TRANSPORT ANY ITEMS INTO VEHICLES.
- AUCTION-HOUSE CANNOT PHYSICALLY ASSIST WITH REMOVING LOTS FROM THE PROPERTY.
- ANY ITEM AFFIXED TO THE HOME IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE/REMOVE (chandeliers, doors, appliances, etc).
