Title: Sculptural unusual brass faucet. Heart shaped handle

Provenance/Additional Info: This is a sculptural old and unusual long brass faucet with a heart shaped handle. It has a wonderful look to it and is now mounted on a new base and stand that display its classic features. We are not sure of the original use of this decorative industrial piece as we have not seen one quite like it before. It certainly is old, likely from the early 1900's, or possibly earlier. The top turns and can even be removed to see how the liquid would be allowed to flow. The piece is in excellent old condition. It has a great surface and color as well as very nice form. The faucet itself is 9 1/2" long by about 2" wide by 5 1/4" high. The full size, on the base and stand is 11 1/2" by 4" by 7 1/2" high.
