Late Period, Ca. 664-332 BC Mummiform in a pose, this figure is modelled in a greenish-blue, glazed faience, the tripartite wig and braided, divine beard is delicately painted in black ochre, the arms are crossed at the chest protruding from a shroud, holding a pick and hoe. Size: L:65mm / W:22mm ; With stand: 45g Provenance: From a London private family collection, formerly acquired on the UK art market in the 1960s - 1970s; then passed by descent.
