DUTCH 0.833 SILVER AND OTHER METAL SEWING / NEEDLEWORKING SCISSORS, LOT OF TWO, comprising a Dutch pair with 0.833 silver decorative handles featuring engraved accents, and a pair of steel scissors housed in an unmarked silver case with flower and striped design. Dutch pair impressed twice with a sword hallmark for 0.833 silver fineness and another mostly worn mark, other pair unmarked, case of unknown silver/metal content. Each retains collection number sticker and detailed collection card. 19th century and earlier. Dutch scissors 6 3/8" LOA.

Good to very good visual condition with wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including slight bending, dents, nicks, corrosion, and/or worn spots to decoration; Dutch pair with a few repairs to handles; silver case with probable repairs, replaced pin for hinge, a loss to flange.
