ENGLISH NEW HALL CHINOISERIE PORCELAIN PARTIAL BREAKFAST SET, LOT OF 28, each featuring polychrome hand-painted scene depicting three figures in a garden setting with floral and turquoise diaper border decoration, comprising a footed bowl, a 13" x 9 7/8" oval platter, a square-form tray, a milk jug, a covered butter dish, eight 7 3/4" D plates, five egg cups, four cups, and six saucers. Marks to underside include various red hand-brushed numeral including "N. 9114" and "9141". New Hall, Shelton, England. First quarter 19th century. 6" HOA.

Eighteen undamaged, except some having usage wear including light short scattered scratches, some losses to enamel decorations, and/or areas of light discoloration; three egg cups with faint rim hairline; one plate with minor flake to foot ring; jug with two parallel hairlines to lower body and hairline to spout; one cup with chip to rim and light hairline to handle, two with minor rim hairline, one very faint; one saucer with moderate glued rim chip and hairlines; platter with three hairlines including an approximately 5" L one to side of well.
